Before dispatch of goods for export to other countries several steps are followed by authorities that have been set up by the government of China. According to the law, before exporting goods to other countries from China the cosigner first needs to provide all detail about the goods he or she is going to export. Information regarding the type of goods, the quantity of goods, exact weight, quality and destination have to be there. After that, the goods are inspected by the commodity inspection authority and it is verified whether the details given by the consignor is true or not. After inspection is complete, the inspection authority gives approval for the shipment of the goods. In case of dangerous goods, first the consignor has to send the goods for testing by the commodity inspection authority. Speaking about China's export regulations authority it must be mentioned that there is provision for strict punishment for getting caught with duplicate or substandard goods under the Chinese law.
